Gone. All gone. Any family, loves, or even friends were either dead or they left without a trace. Starchaser, Zanzibar, Zero, and even Arabelle- they were all gone. Disbelief rose within her, surely someone was left in her life. So sure was she that when the war was over for a few days, the damsel had roamed upon her realm, an inheritance from her dam and sire who both died for noble causes in her mind. Seeing that empty, the creature then moved on to the lands of those who share her heart, her alliance. But to no avail, the temptress found no one. It seemed as though the aroura were down to only one, their queen. Was that true, that their kind had suffered such losses and deserters from the turmoil that surrounded their fragile little lives? To prove that this theory was not so just to save her piece of sanity that still struggled within the depths of her mind, ivorn minx had decided then to take a journey through the various realms that subsided in opposite alliances. On her passage, none had seen her since she was quick and subtle on her way through enemy and friend's territories. The neutrals it seemed had very little to their populace, but the shadow'd...they seemed to have very few repercutions from the attacks by dragons and humans alike. Despite anything that had tried to uproot the equine life, those heartless fools still thrived in their poisoned terras. Damn them Sour thoughts spilled into her troubled mind, her crania low to the earth as the femmora strode upon the well known territory. Instead of returning to her home of heartbreaking loneliness and memories, the snowy belle had ambled her way back through the realms and unto a unclaimable land. Once, this place had been a place of beauty, what with the sunset painting the sky with beautiful crimson and fire-kissed varietys that entranced those who came between the fearsome mountains that loomed on either side. But now it held no hapiness for the femme, only a cold reminder of what her life once was. A soft sigh left her velvets, her pace slowing to barely moving walk, then a halt. Gazing with icy azure optics her crown rose to look out over her surroundings, flag flicking at her dirtied coat of ivory. The stains of blood, sweat, and mud still clung to her as though they found her a dear friend, but then again she hadn't really tried to remove it. The spiraled sword that perched upon her brow did not shimmer as it once did with the rays from the sun, the pure color of it stained with blood from her enemies- the humans and their pathetic slaves that made no attempt to overthrow their masters. Was that what the world had gotten to? An ubreakable rule of bipeds and fearsome lizards that roamed the atmosphere?

The banshee had run the abhorrence for her hessian love filling her zenith. She had run into foregin teritory, she could run no moreas she survaied the land with her regina ocules. Her chasms fell apon an ivory nymph. The nymph appeared contemplative yet dour Moonracer's innersanctom was in disorder she could not comprend. should she approact the astranged nympy. Would it accept her as an alli or run her off , forcing her to flee again to a different land? Should she risk the approach just to find a companion so she was not forced to be alone. Monracer approached just as the lamia halted. But the ivory lamia did not see her. Moonracer continued the approach but at a slower pace, afraid to startle the astranged nymph. Moonracer came to a halt. What how could she inquire about the nymph. Why had she not questioned herself about this before. She decided no to give a hang about it. Moon racer continued, now close enough to touch the nymph. But said nothing . Racer froze was the femme fatale turning about?

Lids closed over her azure optics, the same occuli that had once held promise for the new day, the same ones that had looked upon the world with a sugercoated view. Such a naive lass she had once been. Though many troubles had been lashed upon her and her cadre, the youth had always found the positive things, the silver lining. Carefree. Joyous. And mostly foolish. Stupid even. But the past days had changed her, changed her for good. No longer would she be that incompetent femme that she had once been, no longer would she bother finding the bright side to life. And anyways, what had ever done for her? Nothing really. Maybe a few hours or so of false bliss, ignorant to the doings of this screwed up world of theirs.
With her vision shut off from the world, the minx just rested there. Petite carcass did not fidget except for the swaying of her listless flag that had been enthralled by a strong gust of wind. Tassels moved as if they were possesed by some unearthly demon, twisting and flicking in the burst of air before settling easily onto her flesh once it was gone. Yet they weren't left along for long and soon became the whistling wind's playthings once more. Is a storm coming? Her thoughts inquired since the area had been still once before but now the leaves of nearby trees were rustling as their branches were pushed around. Maybe she should go back home to where it was safe.
But what's the point?
Her lyrics were quiet but still held a harsh edge in them. She was frustrated with the way things had gone, the way things had forced her life and those around her to become a living hell. If so, why them, why now? Why bring the threat of dragons and humans to their doorstep at one time? Had they angered the gods in some way? But those questions couldn't be answered. They'd just have to deal. Now its time to return to reality.
From behind her somewhere the tempest felt another's presence, a breath upon 'er backside. So someone had snuck up on her? Mind chastised her for allowing the stranger to do so, what it was foe? But if it was an enemy, should would be dead by now. Unless of course it like playing with its victims first. Once she had been a victim, but not anymore. If it was a being that wished her ill endings, she wouldn't go down without a fight. But maybe she should see who it was first. Chasms fluttered open as her lithe figure turned on spot and back a few paces to create space between them.
'Lo
There was a major contrast in color between her and this new baroness. While she was tainted with all alabaster the other was was a mixture onyx and sapphire. The pelt was obsidian and her feathery appendages, ribbons and tassel, and spiraling sword were all of indigo. Interesting combination. Still not the strangest that the dame had ever laid her chasms upon. Gaze flicked from her to the heavens, near the direction of Thunder Valley. Dark, angry-looking clouds were massing in that direction, fearsome strikes of eiree purple lightning were amoung the chaos. It seemed her assumption had been right.
There's a storm brewing, you know.

Distant thunder rumbled across the landscape, a warning for those that were smart enough to get home to their realms before they were attack by an onslought of wind and rain. Cruel lightning tore open the sky near the cursed valley, its streak zig zaging across the atmosphere. And though she couldn't see it, the baroness was quite sure that rain was pounding the mudsoaked earth. The creature pitied any being that would find themselves caught in that frightful weather, but sooner or later it would be coming her way. Then, she would be the one to be pitied.
Her gaze was still captured by the turmoil when the other began to speak, eventually making her glaciers flick back over to the other. Harks were turned towards her, to better hear the words that left her tongue. Interesting, this one was. Talkative too. But she couldn't be too much harm, could she?
Hm, well then, why are you still out here? I believe that your cadre wouldn't wish to see one of their femme's get stuck in a storm.
Her own tones had escaped her parted jowls, this time a rethorical question and some of her own personal musings. Hock-kisser lashed at her flesh as her weight shifted. Her old self would have been fidgeting constantly, being a restless young minx. Still she retained some of that but at least now she could control it. Attention lasped momentarily before it was brought sharply back as the other stepped closer to her.
Who am I? A wretched soul undeserving of the position that has been given to her. And you?
Her first reaction had to step back from the approaching figure, yet she stayed still. It would show fear, weakness- things no one needed to see. It not like she felt unnerved by the other's presence anyways, it was her old memories that wanted her to back away. But she needed to keep her ground.
"Believe me I am no enemy I have been alone for a great time and I no longer go by foe neither do I go by friend." The last of her words had replayed in her mind. So a loner, she was?
If neither friend nor foe you claim to be, then what does that make you?
Again, another rehtorical question. It didn't need to be answered, she had already come to her own conclusion. And to her, it almost seemed that she was trying to pry, something she hated. But she couldn't deny the curiousity that rose within her since meeting someone new. Someone different.
I've been known as Alanna.
At last the ghostly fae had spoken of her calling, something that the other had inquired earlier. She might as well play nice. And anyways, it wouldn't be right to take out her own hatred on some passing stranger.

You speak of a cadre, if you are so concerned of mine where is yours for you must have an allegiance. Moonracer was shamed by being in the presence of this femme that appeared to have been a great power at one time but was so sorrowful now. Why had she even bothered to disturb the great beast. "I believe that your cadre wouldn't wish to see one of their femme's get stuck in a storm." those words played again and again in Racer's inner most section of her mind, she had not herd that word for a long time, nor had she wished to. She had vowed to never be part of a cadre again the last had caused her so much pain. Racer was determined not to let the feelings that plagued her be apparent on the features of her outer body. She tightened her muscles just enough to hide the trembling. Racer had tried to force all remembrance of her life past she thought she had succeeded. This femme in an instance tore apart what had taken racer a life time to accomplish. This nymph like beast was slowly earning a place of respect though also one of loathing and admiration in the onix banshee's mind. Racer had once been like this blanc femme. How she again longed to be that way again. Had the femme said a wretched soul how could such a majestic beast be wretched and undeserving. Racer was slightly angered at some of the things this creature was saying she could feel an anger in the under tone of this ones lyrics. It was obvious that this alabaster creatures mind was biased in a way that she did not yet understand and was not positive she would ever understand.
Her name was Alanna, a gentle name for such a beast who had apparently been through so much. But a gentle name, racer thought, also implied maybe a gentle nature. Which at this moment is what Racer really wished she possessed. In reply to the the neutral announcement of the others name. Racer in a gentle tone yet with a firm meaning she pronounced
They call me Racer
